I think it’s I just fair that I come back on my comments below. After reading the comments below I asked Lu Lu to cancel my order. This was on Saturday. Today I received a full refund. Despite the fact I had to contact them via different social media platforms they were quick to respond to my cancellation and even quicker for my refund.

"Lulu Press is super!"
I've been self-publishing through Lulu since 2008, and have had good experiences. The support forum has always been helpful, I like the quality of the books, and have always been paid on time.

Of the numerous books I've ordered (written by other people), there was only one time I was sent the wrong book, and Lulu replaced it with the correct book as soon as I informed them of the error.

I haven't had any experience with any other self-publishing companies/sites, but am happy with Lulu Press.

I received two copies of my book 3-13-13and yet have not seen any record of purchase in my revenue/sales record.

“I have ordered the first copy of my book from Lulu on February 2,2010 and still have not received it. I have tried emailing and ring the phone numbers given, some are disconnected and when I leave messages no one got back to me. I am very disappointed with your service.”
